I had a wonderful day working with students, pulling books for a new labels, a new section, shelving, helping a teacher find books on butterflies and printing a complete listing of the reference section. It is my hope to start "weeding" it this week.

I am on retreat, my annual week long silent retreat at the Maire Joseph Spiritual Center in Biddeford Pool Maine
I love photography!

This is the retreat center form the back side, nearest  the road. There are 2  fresh water ponds on each side of the center

The fog is lifting off  the pond.

Image of the "Little Flower".

Front side nearest the ocean, I am standing on the beach deck.

I took a 180 degree turn from taking the photo above...

You can see a little part of the deck.

The chapel full of "sunset" light.

My room has a view...Praise God!
Biddeford Pool Community Club Library
I did bring some course work on my retreat...my research paper...to finish.... and of course I had to visit the local library. It is located up the stairs of the Community Club Buiding. The librarian is a retired nurse who works very hard. The library is open year round, but in the winter is only open 1 day a week.

One of the tables used for display in the library.

Many rolling charts.

Childrens books!

A "vintage train" ride. Enjoy the sounds of long ago, ( and yes, I did get soot on me). This is a coal powered steam train.
