There have been a few melodies that have "haunted" me...that have clung to my memories and heart, this is one of them. Theme from "To Kill a Mockingbird" (Elmer Bernstein). Another is the theme:A summer Place~Enjoy!

This theme brings out deep feelings of
the pure innocence of childhood and trust in others. These are the keys for me in these musical themes. But there is also the negative aspects, (whether meaning to or not), of the world trying to rob or crush this same child like trust and innocence...and the tones of justice and injustice.
THANK-YOU ELMER BERNSTEIN, where ever you may be~
Here are two versions the top one is the one I am most familiar with....blessings upon you all.

PS The other melody I love is below, it makes me happy:) This is not a long theme, the movie was filmed here in Maine~
Theme from the movie: A Summer Place

Both of these themes seem to touch my memory in some way~ for reasons I can not explain.

A "vintage train" ride. Enjoy the sounds of long ago, ( and yes, I did get soot on me). This is a coal powered steam train.
