Fear! Have you ever been afraid to do something risky?

Have you ever prayed for an answer to a problem or concern?  I am currently in this position. I want to do Gods Will, to make Him center and central in my life, (when he is the center everything will be put in its rightful place.....right?). Why, then is there still no clear answer, why is there a "luke warm" feeling to faith? 

Here are some scriptures to help:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Think over what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything. 2 Timothy 2:7

For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. As in all the churches of the saints. 1 Cor. 14:33

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. Phil. 4:8-9
