It has been a little over 6 weeks and we still have no definitive treatment plan or diagnosis.
I WILL TRUST!
I have tried hard not to be over confident about the testing, (from the cell marker which had the possibility of identifying Justin's cancer as Embryonal Cell Carcinoma) results we had last week. We have an appointment with his Oncologist doctor in Brunswick Maine today at 2:30. Then on Thursday we go back to Dana Farber in Boston where Justin will have a slew of tests to try to confirm,
(or eliminate) to positive results of Embryonal Cell Carcinoma;
a treatable form of cancer.
(or eliminate) to positive results of Embryonal Cell Carcinoma;
a treatable form of cancer.
We went from no hope, a sure death sentence, "medical mystery", "malignancy not treatable with FDA approved treatments" and a host of other deflating terms to...... HOPE.
In any event I will TRUST in the Lord.
It is the prayers of the "army of prayer warriors" wonderful, faith filled people around the world who are making the difference, (maybe even changing the course and type of the Cancer?).......
How? How can I ever thank-you?
All of you for your prayerful support?
I get on my knees and I ask Our Father to Bless you in some special way as a thank-you. "...... oh Abba, please, some how give them all a hug....."

I will update you as soon as I can. The next three days are very hectic. The students at the school I work in are so excited for Christmas, the energy level at the school is very high, but fun. The snow has made everyone more cheerful. I was able to make snow angels today on the playground with some students...it was glorious and I say, "THANK-YOU GOD!"
But I am also grateful that Friday will be my last day of school/work ~Christmas vacation. School does not begin again until January 2~ 10 days off:)
