Sorry I have not updated as much as I thought over the summer. Working in the summer school program has taken more energy than I thought it would.
The garden is going strong and I was able to can several pints of green beans. The zucchini are producing like crazy....I could use some ideas for how to use is, please share with me:)
I will be canning zucchini and tomatoes, but my tomatoes are not nearly ready.
